Fiery Ginger Prawns
Ingredients for Fiery Ginger Prawns
- Biggest SEA prawns you can find
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Grated fresh Ginger
- Chopped fresh chilli
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- 1 squeezed Lemon
- 1 tblspoon Sesame oil
- Black pepper
- Smoked paprika
Mix all above together and paint onto the flesh of the prawns and leave to marinade in the fridge for 1 hour.
GRILL – Flesh side down 8mins – shells will turn red when done
Flip them flesh side up baste again & cook 4 mins.
In moderation, all NATURAL FOODS, close to their natural state (ie not factory processed and filled with additives) are good for a healthy lifestyle plan.
A Vegan friend once arrived at our place with “fake prawns.”
The ingredients list was far from CLEAN STATE. This is why I encourage “CSCC” as opposed to CALORIE COUNTING.
As long as you’re applying the CSCC Formula, prawns are a good protein option. And they taste damn good too!
